With creative mentorship from Tracey Lester, owner of Melbourne's infamous bar The Carlton Club, I created and ran a themed pop-up bar. With a $500 budget, I gathered and made props, painted walls, hung shelves and created a signature cocktail menu. Over a period of 3 months, the pop-up bar saw thousands of visitors including the likes of comedian Josh Thomas.
